Our objective working with buyers and sellers is to educate our clients We will disclose all things potentially wrong with a house from as little as cracks on ceilings or walls, to leaks under sinks, and foundational issues, if any. If you still want to buy a home after we tear it apart, then I guess we're in business. Getting ready to sell, we will help you get your home in it's best shape and stage, if necessary, before placing on the market. Our job as your realtors is to guide you, and tell you the facts albeit good, bad or ugly. We're not just looking for a commission check. We approach our business the way we would want someone to assist us. Converting Transactions into Relationships is our motto. Buying or Selling a Home doesn't have to be a difficult task when you have the "right" person assisting you with either of the two processes. We know how tough the process can be at times, that's one of the reasons we got in the business. We wanted to make sure that some of the things that transpired during each of our experiences (selling and buying) didn't happen to others. While no transaction goes perfectly smooth (some do though), you will know that we will be with you every step of the way. We will answer all of your questions to the best of our ability, and if we don't know the answer to a question (learning everyday), we will not be afraid to tell you that. We will do what we have to do, to get the answers you need. Yolie - Coming from a 24+ year history of being in the legal field, it helps me to make sure that my client(s) are protected in every aspect of a deal. I truly care about my clients and my philosophy is that I am a friend first before establishing that agent/client relationship. Listening to the needs of my clients is the first and foremost important aspect of my business. I consider my clients friends for life. That's how I expand my business.
