Yolanda is the Best by Far! Yolanda was wonderful from the very first moment we made contact with regards to us searching for a home in Tucson. It had been over 30 years since we moved last, and she made us feel welcomed and addressed all our questions and concerns immediately and in a manner that made us feel we were important to her. When we made a short trip to do house hunting, we had a list of over 10 homes to look at in a couple of days (during the Christmas holidays). She cheerfully showed us EVERY house on the list, and we ended up with our new dream home! She also took care of ensuring we could do a virtual closing since we were in the middle of packing our old home in another state. This was a big deal for us and very much appreciated. She was very proficient in explaining and handling the necessary paperwork. She handled negotiations after the inspection superbly.
