This market has been crazy. Houses were gone before we even got a chance to look at them or having good offers rejected as we were competing with multiple offers. Initially, we were working with a realtor who made us feel like we were asking for too much because she told us to let her know when we wanted to go see houses or when we saw something we liked. I highly recommend Yolanda for my realestate needs. When I asked her questions about the process of selling and listing my house she explained it with scenarios. She didn't leave nothing to my surprise. She is experienced. She was correct when bringing to my attention the possible outcomes of my realestate transaction that would happen. She stated her recommendations respectfully and allowed me to decide, she wasn't pushie. After the closing I had an urgent matter that needed resolving with the title company. I have been trying to get in touch with the title company who did my closing. They were unresponsive, they were responsible for the matter.
