Yoana is Amazing! I strongly Recommend her she helped me to get my dream house ?? I have known Yoana for many years. When I started my house search I reached to her and she connected me with a wonderful local lender that was able to get me pre approved right away.We toured homes every weekend and wrote many offers. It was a very competitive market. She was able to find me an off market house through her networking with other agents and I was able to get it without having to bid against a ton of other buyers. Yoana was getting back to me with answers right away, and was reviewing disclosures with me. We were going over inspections together and once I closed on the home she connected me with third party vendors to do some improvements in the house.
