Yesica has also has extensive experience with 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions, short sales and the dealing with tenants in the southern California area. Licensed as a Salesperson with the State of California Bureau of Real Estate since 2003, Yesica began her career in real estate industry in 1998 managing rental housing, and managing files as a transaction coordinator for West Point Realtors Inc., and Blue Point Realty Management. In that position, Yesica was responsible for managing the firm's apartment complexes in the west half of the United States. She is an active member of the Pacific West Board of Realtors Association and the California Association of Realtors(R).
