What do all of those things have in common? The craziest stock market, real estate market, and projected asset inflation for the foreseeable future. Oh, but youre here to buy a home, right... Are you on your 15th offer already? Are you tired of viewing homes after your hectic days/weeks/months of work from home? Please, do your future self a solid and contact Zayda from Living Room Realty. My wife and I have been waiting for the right time to buy a house for honestly, way too long, and navigating that process is normally daunting just due to how many moving parts are required. I was fortunate enough to find Zayda through a random house viewing my wife and I went to from Zillows bookings, and we really got into a great conversation about planning for our futures. V,K, or W-shaped recovery aside, assets are a store of value that are translatable to a majority of the world population and Zayda definitely knows that. She ensured that we reflected on the value of our prospective home and even helped us be the ONLY person to view the home we ended up purchasing. Seriously, go visit a home with her even if life looks like its making it impossible for you. Her tenacity during this buying season quite literally reminded me of a modern Blake from Glengarry Glen Ross. You can immediately tell that her office follows a similar mantra to ABC and AIDA, but makes sure to keep a soft touch to the deals made. My wife and I appreciated this feeling, and it made finding ourselves a worthwhile investment all that much more satisfying when she guided us from the very beginning in the pre-hellscape market of 2020 to the dotted line on our escrow documents in early 2021. Value is often found when you have a team supporting your actions, and the wealth of knowledge Zayda employed in negotiations, the local market, and our interests made it clear that she surrounds herself with some of the brightest folks while taking the lead to close the deal. I mean, at the end of the day, we felt like Zayda AND us won in this home-buying process.
