Yarelis was the best realtor to work with . She was knowledgeable and caring to our every needs . Shes a people person and very down to earth listening to all your concerns and making sure this is a smooth process to buy your new home . She was great at negotiating prices for the house and getting certain issues fixed and looked over to your personal liking . She went above and beyond and actually paid for a service we needed on our septic tank with her own money just to make sure the problem was fixed at no extra cost to us .
