1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
In this market to be patient and to have all their paperwork or pre-approval on their finance ready in order to submit an offer as soon as they find the dream home as well to have xtra money for down payment and closing cost on hand.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
To have the house in good condition in order to get the market value or listed price desirable and to avoid or minimize any request on inspection repair from the buyer

Both Seller and Buyer
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A cash buyer. I asked: How much cash you have to offer on this property he said $165k. So I submitted the offer both agents agreed on 5,000 more that will get to the $165k. Called the buyer to give the good news but it was not so good news for the buyer, he said I have $165k but this included the closing cost. I say we won this offer I am not calling the seller agent to back up we went back and forward for a couple of hours until my client decided to continue with the transaction and the end or a closing he really thanks me for not allowing him to lose the house and he is very happy with the purchase.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was working as a Secretary processor but I did not give me time to attend to my kids and run to school so I decided to do real estate in order to be available for the need of my kids when they were in school
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a lot of special education that I put to used when needed.
