If youre in search of diligent and reliable realty team, look no further! Per a recommendation from a friend, my fiance and I decided to work with this dream team and saying that it was a 5 star experience does not rate them well enough!! I would give them 100 stars if I could! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We reached out 6 months prior to buying to let them know our plans and they helped us prepare/think it through. Wasted no time reaching out the month I asked to reconnect and within 48 hours, we were touring homes! Before the 14 day mark, we had an offer accepted for our 2nd home, under asking, for a fully renovated home that had everything we wanted! Not to mention in close proximity to Boston! Im going to recommend them to everyone I know! They were on top of everything and negotiated several things on our behalf throughout the process, including seller credits!
