It was a great pleasure meeting this young man. He was very professional, easy to talk to, persistent and consistent. I've tried other realtors but they were not anything like him. They were consistent and once I saw a property they didn't stay on top of it. Quick story time so I met Xavier from a listing I saw. I contacted the person who was working with the property but she couldn't meet with me so she connected me with him. My dad and I met with him in November and I feel in love with the unit. I filled out for it and the property decided to go with someone else. So he reached out to let me know but also reassured me that he would find me a place and that if it's God's will it will happen. He stayed in contact with me, he checked on me, he encouraged me even when I felt discouraged. I even told him I was thinking about moving out of state and he still continued to look for a place I could call home. We went to another property that I ended up liking and they also went with someone else now I'm really discouraged and frustrated. But Xavier kept me encourage and we connected on a different level and was able to share things with one another that made me really see and know how genuine he was and it wasn't just about the money. So he kept sending me stuff even when I would just ignore him lol. So fast forward the first property he showed me went back on the market so he reached out to let me know. I was kinda skeptical because at this point I felt like they should of picked me in the first place lol. So he said let's put in the application again and see if we can get you approved. He asked when I would have the money to move I told him by Jan 12. Mind you I was still looking and seeing other places. So I ended up getting approved for another apartment and boom he called to let me know I got approved. So I let him know I was approved for another property. He didn't get upset or try to discourage me from seeing the other property just told me to let him know. I went to see the other unit since they gave away my original unit. I text Xavier to ask if the unit he showed me had a living room he said yes and if I wanted to view it again. I told him yes and he said I could come that same day. I went and I made my decision I went with the unit Xavier had. I pray that Allah blesses him exceedingly and abundantly while providing him with everything his heart desires.
