ZillowVERIFIEDHes a great salesman that disappears after he Gets the listing, not detail oriented or customer satisfaction oriented! We listed a home and he KNEW we lived out of town. He promised support-when we 'popped in' after being on the mkt for quite some time, spending all the money to upgrade per his suggestions, the home looked awful....We kept hearing that on reviews after open houses but didn't understand it. Upon arriving at the home - many light bulbs were missing or out creating dark impressions, bathrooms were never flushed creating awful odors and a smoke detector was beeping and hanging from the ceiling - it was awful!!!When speaking with his broker we were told they sold homes - and weren't property managers...awful, we were sold on his presentation and EXTREMELY disappoint his asst Dana, sold as detailed and on top of things was not responsive and did not at all take care of this home for showing to help sell the home - we broke the contract, he was kind enough to do that.
