We listed our home with Willie and Anna Garcia after interviewing several agents. Willie was spot on in recommending what we needed to do to prepare/update our home for sale. Even though they listed our home at a price higher than anyone else had suggested, we attracted 7 offers (most over the asking price) in a week.
