We listed our home with Willie and Anna Garcia after interviewing several agents. Willie was spot on in recommending what we needed to do to prepare/update our home for sale. Even though they listed our home at a price higher than anyone else had suggested, we attracted 7 offers (most over the asking price) in a week. I have also had a home overvalued by a different agent and received zero offers in six months so I am wary of high valuations, but the Garcia team pulled it off with excellent advice and strong marketing.
