Harveen Bhatla and William Usab, Jr. were retained by my wife and I as our real estate agents for the sale of our Princeton Junction, NJ home. Believe me when I say, without exaggeration, "Nobody Does It Better!!" Not only are they unsurpassed as real estate agents, they are also two of the best people that you'll ever meet. We contacted them in 2023, but decided that we weren't quite ready to sell our house. There was no pressure whatsoever about putting it on the market then. A year later, we were ready to go. We had many conversations with Bill about the market and asking price and Harveen came over several times to see what else we had done to get the house ready to sell. Harveen has a sense of what might better the look of the house and did she ever deliver! Harveen and her team staged every aspect of our house, sometimes leaving rooms intact. Harveen has trailers full of furniture. Unlike most realtors who hire someone to stage a house, Harveen guides the team herself, at no extra charge. They were in our house for more than two days until they got it right, from the couches, chairs, end tables, table lamps, mirrors, wall art, rugs, decorative art and plants. They hired a professional photographer that just killed it. The interior shots were stellar and the drone footage was great. The photos were a rave and we drew a large audience of home buyers. After less than a week of appointments and showings, Harveen sent emails to all that had visited our house, asking for "best and final offers." We were pleased when they told us of the highest offer, which we accepted. Bill is an aeronautical engineer and has a command of all financial details and procedures, including closings. All I had to do was call Bill anytime that we needed help and he would offer assistance with problems large and small. My favorite was on the day before the walk-through. I was unscrewing the screws that held a pedestal to the table. It required an unusual bit for the drill. I thought I had a pretty good drill, but it failed after removing 3-4 screws. So, I called Bill. "Bill, I got this problem." "Maybe I can help," said Bill. I explained the problem. Bill, says, "I'll be right over and bring my drill." Now, show me another realtor that would do what this team does, over and over for their clients. The screws came out and the rest is history. Bill could see that we had a long night ahead of us and offered to bring us pizza. Talk to Harveen and Bill, you'll be glad you did!
