For example, while living in New York City, we first asked William Torres for his service after a friend of the family recommended him. At that time, we bought a lot based on the information provided by William Torres via phone calls, e-mails, text-messages, and airmail. Then a second lot followed, we wanted to buy a " corner big yard " so we could build "nuestra casita" ( our Tiny House ) in the middle of it. Once again, William Torres delivered for us relying on the information channeled by him. Furthermore, When the time arrived for us to build our house, William Torres and his wife Vianca recommended the right financial institution and the builder. Now we were moving into deeper water. We had to come South and meet the builder and the bank officer. William Torres was in the meeting with the builder which meant everything for us and we had the opportunity to finally meet him in person. He was present in several meetings that followed and always was available to answer subsequent questions. His signing out was:" listen: call me if you have any question " Also, William Torres goes the extra mile. Por example, when we were in the process of selling the first lot, he was instrumental in moving four fruit trees from the property to another to facilitate the closing. We were not available. He is loyal to both: the clients and the industry, even during this difficult time.We have had the opportunity to work with William Torres four times and won't hesitate to ask for his service again or recommend him to friends or family members.William Torres and his wife Vianca are synonym of work ethic.
