Mr. Bix was our buyers agent. He was outstanding in so many ways. Mr. Bix helped us get the house we dreamed about, but that was just a small part of what Mr. Bix did for my wife and I. We purchased our home during the COVID-19 virus and he made the process simple and fast. He was instrumental in get the house under contract, and for a lower price than it was listed for. He was fast in getting us under contract before any another agent was able to. Once we were under contract even with the COVID-19 rules and regulations he cleared the way in getting us to close. Mr. Bix worked with the mortgage company, the lawyers, and any other issues that arose. I was afraid we would never close because of COVID-19, but Mr. Bix is a true professional in the use of media communications, and used his knowledge to keep things moving, and keeping us informed every step of the way. He was always just a text, email, or phone call away. We were never in the dark wondering what was going on. I have dealt with other agents in the past and one of my biggest complaints was that they couldnt be reached when you would call them, and you have to hunt them down because they never get back to you, but not Mr. Bix, he is the total opposite. Mr. Bix has positive approachable personality and was there almost every time we called, and on the rare occasion we did get his voice mail and left a message he always returned our calls promptly, usually in minutes, not hours. I have purchased several homes in my life and when the COVID-19 virus started I thought we should give up until it was over, but Mr. Bix made the process of finding a home and getting it closed easier than any house I purchased in the past. If my wife and I ever want to purchase, or sell real estate in the future Mr. Bix is the only one we will use. To be totally honest I am really not a person that sits down to write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond and is a true professional the way Mr. Bix was I felt I had to let others know so they could have the same pleasant real estate experience my wife an I enjoyed.

William was such a fantastic agent and I cannot say enough good things about him. From the start he was very eager to see multiple properties without question or hassle. Any time I had a question he got back to me the same day. He worked around my work schedule which was a blessing as I am a single, working mom. I had a very difficult loan with a grant so there was a lot of extra paperwork that needed to be done and most times he had answer for me before even my lawyer did. The grant required 2 additional inspections and he stayed at the property to be sure they were done properly on two different days so I didnt need to miss work. He was also there with me during my inspection to answer any questions that I had. I'm so thankful that I was able to have such a great human being in my corner during one of the most stressful times in my life.
