I am also 28 years old, this is my 3rd home in 4 years, I have a rental property and I also just moved out of another house in the process of selling. I recently purchased a house with Will and Teresa Sage. I was referred to them from a friend who also just bought a house. I was living with my parents with my dog for over a year and commuting to work for over an hour every day so I had a huge desire to move out here. Everything was great. I probably told them at least 100 times "Hey, I have a stupid question" and they never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb. When it came to me finding my house, Will did really awesome at negotiating prices. My house actually appraised for $7,000 more than what I ended up getting it for so that was really good news. Going into this process, I had no idea what to expect, this was my first time buying a house, hence all the stupid questions. I learned a lot from this, but I'm glad I went through every step with Will and Teresa and I 100% would recommend them to anyone.
