We were clients of Will and Teresa and we are now sitting in our brand new house. I have to say that it's been quite a smooth experience for the both of us and definitely pretty stress-free. We've heard a lot of horror stories with home-buying experiences. Luckily, Marina had personally known Will through her place of work. I am also 28 years old, this is my 3rd home in 4 years, I have a rental property and I also just moved out of another house in the process of selling. Just looking for something a little bit smaller than what I had. I recently purchased a house with Will and Teresa Sage. I was referred to them from a friend who also just bought a house. I was living with my parents with my dog for over a year and commuting to work for over an hour every day so I had a huge desire to move out here. Everything was great. I probably told them at least 100 times "Hey, I have a stupid question" and they never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb. When it came to me finding my house, Will did really awesome at negotiating prices. My house actually appraised for $7,000 more than what I ended up getting it for so that was really good news. Going into this process, I had no idea what to expect, this was my first time buying a house, hence all the stupid questions. I learned a lot from this, but I'm glad I went through every step with Will and Teresa and I 100% would recommend them to anyone.
