From the beginning, he worked tirelessly to ensure that we were not only prepared but know what to expect. The process started when we reached out to Bill at the beginning of January 2022. We are a veteran family and would be utilizing the VA loan. He moved swiftly staying in touch with the sellers agent to ensure that we put in our offer on time. Finally, due to his diligence, our offer was accepted and we were finally on the way to buying our house. He maintained a close relationship with our loan officer throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction. We successfully closed on March 15th and moved into our new house on March 16th.
