The process started when we reached out to Bill at the beginning of January 2022. We are a veteran family and would be utilizing the VA loan. Easily, Bill traversed close to 1000 miles in pursuit of our dream house. Day after day, he persisted until we found the one. He moved swiftly staying in touch with the sellers agent to ensure that we put in our offer on time. Finally, due to his diligence, our offer was accepted and we were finally on the way to buying our house. He maintained a close relationship with our loan officer throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction. We successfully closed on March 15th and moved into our new house on March 16th. We began our search very lightly on Zillow. We requested information on a couple of homes, Bill was the only one that seemed to have a real interest in helping. Bill is AMAZING! My fiancA(C) and I recently purchased our first home, and as always buying your first home can be stressful.
