1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is important to due your research. What are you looking for in a home and in a community. Don't be afraid to speak with the neighbors, schools and local authorities. This will be your home for many years.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing your home is just the start. Remember these words "first Impression is everything." Put yourself in the buyer's place and ask yourself "What would you look for in a home? Speak with your local Realtor.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Since 1999 I have had the honor and privilege to work with many buyer's and seller's. Many of my client's have been first time homebuyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My recent closing was a wonderful young family who were tired of renting and were extremely happy to finally own their very own home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Working with people has always been a passion. I realized in 1999 that I can have a career I enjoy and at the same time help families realize their American dream. I love what I do and consider it a blessing.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
To compliment my 7 years as a new homes sales consultant with a luxury builder, I have recently received a certification as a New Homes Co-Broker.
