An initial sale fell through just before closing, and Billy continued working on our behalf, staying in touch with that initial buyer who found another partner to help with the purchase. Billy's knowledge of the local area and trends and his connections within the community were extremely helpful. Without them we're not sure the ultimate sale would have gone through. We particularly appreciate that Billy kept the owners up to date on all activities relative to the property and steered us in a reasonable direction. The sale was closed on Feb.15, 2023.
