We can't say enough positive words about Bill. He was our agent as we recently sought and purchased a lake house. He was extremely knowledgeable about maintenance, the local areas, repairs. He had experts on hand for questions he could not answer, and he even set us up with some of these folks as we closed on the house and had some misc. things to get done/repaired/updated. Bill was so responsive, a real partner. We trusted his guidance and he plays it straight. You can't go wrong to ask to work for him to help you find a place. He does a great job.
