What really sets them apart is their communication. We received frequent updates and quick responses both via text and call. We were out of town during the sale of our property and William and Steve went above and beyond by checking on the house after showings and at one point even cleaning it after a showing. They even helped fix our doorknob after it was broken by a buyers agent when entering our home. I especially recommend to military families buying and selling homes because theyre very familiar with the area and are very accommodating if you need to process your sale while already moved to your next duty station!
