They do all the cosmetic things - driveway power wash, mulch, photoss, etc, but they also make your house more salable with a thorough pre-inspection run thru and for older roofs, they do a validated check to give the buyer a longevity expectation. They walk you though any repairs needed after the buyer's final inspection and take you through a closing that is uncomplicated and seamless.
