Skip Eder is the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. We were probably not the easiest customers to work with either because we had some very specific things we wanted in a new home/property. Our new home search lasted 3 years and Skip stuck by us the whole way; driving all over at least 4 counties, showing us more houses than I can count or remember, and signing contracts on 3 homes that fell through. Skip is very knowledgeable about nearly everything regarding homes and steered us clear of several homes that had problems that he discovered doing the viewing; homes that we would have tried to buy without his guidance. He is seriously hard working, and his 30 years of experience in the area is immediately evident by his thorough walkthroughs of homes, and then again by how well he knows EVERYTHING about the neighborhood you're in! Buying a house in this market is overwhelming to say the least, but SO much stress was relieved from us because we knew we had an agent with our best interest in mind that wasn't going to let us buy a house that was over priced, hiding issues, wasn't what WE needed, or overall that we would regret down the line.
