He gave us a full rundown the first time I chatted with him on what the process is and how we would go about it. We probably looked at around ~20-25 houses in our search and he was always available for us. Being a first time home buyer as we walked through houses he helped point out things that were upgrades to the house or if there looked to be issues with something he would help explain what could cause that or how it could possibly be remediated or if it might be something bigger. William is also personable and was quite genuine while working with us. We know this is a hard market to work in and he helped us hone our offers really well so we knew while we lost out on a few houses we were always happy with what we offered.
