As a first-time home buyer, I didn't really know much about buying a house, the processes, the paperwork etc and so I was lucky that the first realtor I came across was Will. I had heard nightmare stories from other first time buyers but for me, I can't say buying a house was a nightmare and most of that I owe to Will. We reached out to him telling him what we were looking for. He met us within a few days and spent half a day with us looking at houses. He advised us which homes were not in good areas for us and we went with his suggestions on homes. He knows the market, he is experienced and can spot the trends. He is very much in the digital age - paperwork was less paper and more digital signing via a single secure website. Phone, iMessage or e-mail, he would respond straight away every single time. He was fair, honest and straight up and those things are really important when you are looking to buy a home for the first time. Friendly, well-mannered and even though we have moved in, I still text him asking any questions and he still helps out where he can. Great service, greatly recommended.
