William Brooke Matthews

Brooke Matthews is a lifetime resident of St. Mary's County and grew up on a waterfront farm in Chaptico. Shortly after college, he returned to follow in his father's footsteps, at Matthews Realty. This second-generation Realtor prides himself not only on being a Southern Maryland resident, but a true member of the community. Over the years, Brooke has supported many local charities and spent four years serving as a member of the St. Mary's County Board of Education. His innate knowledge of the local area, and the people, is extensive; he has the resources and the expertise to get the job done!
