What clients say about this agent....
Bill did a great job selling our home. He is professional, a pleasure to work with, straight-forward, and trustworthy. His knowledge of the market really gave us confidence when we listed and throughout the entire selling process. He sold our home for top-dollar in just two weeks! He thoroughly answered all of our questions, and did a great job of communicating his suggestions, so as to simplify the process. We highly recommend Bill to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
Bill did a great job. He understood the market, he knew what to do and when to do it. I would use Bill again if I had other properties to buy or sell.
Bill helped us buy our first home and now he's helped us sell that home and buy our 2nd home! Jane-Marie really steps in wonderfully to help stage a home and get it ready for listing. You can't go wrong with Bill.
Had a great time finding my condo Downtown St Paul! We spent a whole day checking out every condo that I was interested in (15+) until we found the best one for me. After, he put in a lot of work get everything else set up before closing. It was overall an easy process and a good experience and I couldn't be happier!
Bill came highly recommended to me from a close friend of mine. I was impressed right away. He was energetic, resourceful , and thought outside of the box. After the experience of flipping my house rather quickly with Bill help, not to mention Jane Marie's exceptional staging process, I literally had a line of people waiting to see my house. To make things better, I actually sold my house in the first week for over asking price. I know this isn't common but it was my experience and I owe much of it to Bill. Compared to my last realtor I was blown away with the service, expertise, and overall effectiveness of Bill's whole approach!
Ive lived in my townhome in Eden Prairie for 15 years. Bill has been super to work with in both selling my current home and purchasing a new one. He is so knowledgeable about the market and process, really listens and cares about his client, and followed up on my concerns and requests very promptly at all stages of both the sale and purchase. He found the buyer for my home before it was listed on MLS by canvassing my neighborhood with a flyer about the open house the following weekend. It sold for more than we expected, and the buyer is so happy to be able to stay in the neighborhood. Id highly recommend him for your realtor. A delightful experience!
Bill was great to work with! He took care of everything for from finding properties to hiring all the other services needed to close on a home. Really easy, stress free process!
Working will Bill B. for the sale of our Eden Prairie home was a great experience. He worked with me to come up with a selling price that he and I both could agree upon and, that would be attractive to a potential buyer. His stager was great and, very helpful providing us with her time and expertise. Bill was always available to us to address any questions or concerns on our part. He stayed in touch with us during the entire selling process and kept us informed about all aspects. He really worked with us in a team effort to get the job done as to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Bill and the Bloomberg team for the selling or purchasing of any homes that you are considering. Thank you Bill for making the selling our home a pleasant and very satisfying experience for me and my family. Good luck to you in all your future endeavors.
March 16, 2018Bill Bloomberg is a good, honest guy. At Bills suggestion, our home was listed on Thursday, private showings started Friday, more showings on Saturday, Open House on Sunday and an offer on Monday. Bill negotiated an improvement to the offer on Tuesday and we signed off. Bills strategy is to generate interest in the listing among buyers and other agents just prior to the weekend when buyers will be out looking. He will keep you fully informed. He answers your phone calls on the first or second ring. He replies to your email messages within minutes.Bill provides the same services as the big name agencies at a fraction of the cost. When you decide to list your home, it wont be long before youll receive phone calls from agents offering to help you sell. Especially if you start out For Sale by Owner as we did. You can weed out agents you do not want to work with by asking the agent what he charges. Typically, I found most agencies charge 6% plus as much as $700 for administrative fees. You can suggest to the agent that 6% is too high and the admin fee should come out of their percentage. Some agents will become rude or try to convince you they have a better marketing plan. The fact is every agent will list your home on the same Internet sites, make up similar brochures, do direct mail marketing, if needed, hold open houses, provide professional photography, etc. None of these activities are unique or costly.Jane Marie Bloomberg, Bills wife, is a freelance interior designer with her own business. Jane Marie provided us with staging advice at no additional cost. She visited our home one-day, walking through each room making suggestions that we followed exactly. Suggestions such as removal of window treatments, replacement of lamp shades on a ceiling fan and increasing the wattage in some light fixtures, all at minimum cost to us at Menards. We arranged our furniture and made up the beds to her specifications. Jane Marie returned the next day with accent pillows, artwork, and other accessories from her own collection. The changes were stunning. We selected a big agency the first time we tried to sell, we were promised a sale in two weeks with a sale price high enough to cover our agency costs, the same marketing plans everyone does, and we were told by the agent that she doesnt recommend a listing price to sellers. Isnt that part of a market analysis? They didnt do an open house, nor show the house until I complained. I had to call and ask for status each week. No help with staging. All for 6%, plus $700 dollars and no sale.Go with Bill, you won't be disappointed.Larry and Dale
