ZillowVERIFIEDI don?t even know how to begin. Our dream home turned into a real estate nightmare from hell. That is until I met Bill Baldwin. My wife and I were very skeptical at first. Bill made the same promises that our first realtor did. ( Our first realtor was a liar and a cheat ) Bill not only fulfilled his promises but he exceeded them. My wife and I were ready to walk away and seek legal representation, that?s how hellish it was going. My wife and I spoke with Bill Baldwin and after listening to our story, Bill said he had a solution. I curtly replied ? I do too, a lawyer ?. Bill systematically read back every issue/complaint we had and proposed a solution to each and every one. Bill asked that we give him a day to get the ball rolling on resolving our nightmare. I say nightmare because I was on my way to Washington from California with my wife and three children. We had a trailer with everything thing we owned and no place to live, that?s how badly this was going. I had nowhere to live, nowhere to take my kids, needless to say I was pissed. True to his word, within (24) hours Bill had not only got the ball rolling he had secured early occupancy for me and my family in our new home. It turns out that Bill had reached out to the sellers who were being lied to, and cheated as well. Bill put himself and his reputation on the line for me and my family. Bill didnt know me from Adam, yet he accomplished in (24) hours what others couldn?t and didn?t accomplish in (3) months. Since I?ve met Bill, my home buying experience has been a breeze. We have had a few hiccups but with Bill they were only hiccups. Bill Baldwin had my family?s wants and needs before his own. That is unheard of in an industry that profits from higher home prices. Bill had my best interest from the first day we spoke. He never lied, never cheated and was never anything but honest. Sometimes being honest isn?t easy, but Bill would rather have those hard conversations than to be dishonest. Bill and his wife, Sue are amazing people. They are honest, loyal and above all else real people. When they sell a home, or land , they are selling themselves as well. Not only are we happy in our new home, we have made friends for life. This world would be a lot different if there were more Bill and Sue Baldwin?s. There is nothing I will ever be able to do to repay the kindness, loyalty, and honesty that The Baldwin?s showed us. We will be forever grateful.

We were flying in from across the country so timing would be important. He went out of his way to meet with us and was just plain fun to talk with. His professionalism was of course top notch, and his knowledge of the property, area, local people and infrastructure was vast but the genuine connection that we shared went beyond all that for me. After a deal was struck we went about getting financing... for a large piece of raw land that would prove to be tough. He worked with us all the way and provided contacts so that we could make this dream come true.
