I listed my land with Will in August this year. He immediately arranged for marketing including drone flyovers taking pictures of the parcel. Within a month, we had a firm offer. I thought Will did an excellent job of negotiating, getting me a fair price. He was also very conscientious in following up on all the details, including closing. By mid October, the land was sold. I would definitely recommend him if you have any property to sell.
