We used him again based on reviews and his first meeting knowledge and valuable opinions as seller agent, we were pleased by his recommendations and advise. We followed his advice by what are highly recommended to renovate and what to avoid renovate not to waste money to increase house value. It was a bit unfortunate that the house we purchased has less privacy and smaller backyard that we didn't consider and not in a good market. And we were in a hurry to sell house so did not go through other major renovations. The selling process is not a pleasant experience because of several potential buyers side issues and inexperienced buyer agent, but Will helped us to go through the offer and ensure to protect our benefits during negotiation period. Without Will, we probably would take the wrong step to over renovate or not renovate the house. I still highly recommend working with him based on both selling and buying experience.
