In 2004, shortly after I earned my real estate license, a family entrusted me to help them sell their Livermore condo and move up to a single family home. I did not know a lot about real estate back then, but I knew they needed my best effort. Fortunately, everything worked out for them, and they still live in that beautiful home. I know more about real estate now, but more importantly, I still give my best effort to each of my clients. I love being a Realtor. When I open a door to a home for a client, I realize that I may be opening a door to a whole new life for them. That's exciting! It's also stressful. Because I want the best for my clients. I've been fortunate to help lots of families achieve their dreams, whether it is first time home ownership or selling their primary residence of 30+ years for a peak value, allowing them a little more money for retirement.
