He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, super negotiator and knows how to find the perfect property for you. My Fiance (now my wife) used to live in Lakeview and I lived in the Gold Coast. We wanted to find a home which could fit both our lifestyles. I am a social animal so I wanted to live close to the Chicago night life and my Fiance at the time wanted a home which had a neighborhood feel, good restaurants and lots of parks around for the kids to play. And let me give you the biggest surprise, Steve was able to negotiate with the sellers effectively and got us a good deal. Now I am well settled in my new home and enjoying every bit of it thanks to Steven! I will continue to use him in the future as well.P.S.
