Wilfredo has helped me out tremendously. From day one, he would show me every single possible option, or scenario I could go with, with what I was approved for. From style houses to buy ,to renting options. He made sure I didn't make any wrong decisions, and he always let me know what I was going to get myself into with any decision I made. He definitely made me feel safe with the whole transaction of me by my first home. In my opinion, you would be lucky to have him as your realtor, he's very down to earth, and very understanding with whatever your goal is with your purchase. He's a great person and an awesome realtor. 10/10

Moving to VA from out of state was much easier than expected because he has great communication and is very knowledgeable. Wilfredo was more than I could've asked for as a first-time Veteran buyer. I was inexperienced and afraid of falling victim to scams that target vets.
