My life and my business is built around 3 core Keller Williams values: Faith, Family, then Business. I am a veteran of the US Army, most of my time was spent with the 1st Calvary Division in Ft. Hood, TX. I have a B.S in Mass Media, in the common tongue advertising & journalism. I put this to good use as we all know news is about spin, the same principals apply when selling real estate. It's all about the spin and marketing. I am part of the Keller Williams - Farm & Ranch, property with acreage in my forte. Everything from the big farming businesses to the big estates. My faith and my family are why I get up everyday and work to excel at whatever I'm doing. I still live by the old army motto: I get more done before 9:00 am than most people will do all day.

I would highly reccomend Wiley Belt as a very well qualified real estate agent. He helped me to purchase my first home. I was under a very short time crunch and had to get the house, and close the deal in a very timely manner. Wiley helped to facilitate all aspects of my home buying process and often went above and beyond his duties. The Sellers were some tough customers to come down off of their price, but Wiley was able to get me in my budget range, which I am extremely greatful for. Even after the deal has been closed on, he has been extremely helpful with any questions I have had and always gets back with me quickly.
