Whitney was amazing to work with. We put our house up for sale with very short notice and Whitney was able to coordinate all the demands with ease. We had a few unforeseen and unexpected issues (bats in the attic, radon in the basement, knot and tube electric that the buyers didn't like and a sewer line that was on the verge of collapse). She was very calm and professional throughout the whole process. Whitney gave us many ideas and options for ways to solve the problems and negotiated a higher than asking selling price. She was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her and I will not hesitate to use her again in the future.
