Whitney was amazing to work with. We put our house up for sale with very short notice and Whitney was able to coordinate all the demands with ease. We had a few unforeseen and unexpected issues (bats in the attic, radon in the basement, knot and tube electric that the buyers didn't like and a sewer line that was on the verge of collapse).
