Wes has been the consummate professional and has gone above and beyond in helping us negotiate and purchase a home in New Smyrna Beach. We are currently in New York and it is so stressful to conduct business long distance but Wes has been our eyes and ears on the ground. He met my father at the home for a tour and live streamed the visit so that we could "be there with them" while in another state. When the listing agent was not helpful, we chose Wes to represent us and he has had our back every step of the way. We had some twists and turns and he helped us navigate them with grace, never losing his cool, and taking our calls at all hours and all days of the week. Wes has also arranged for a deep cleaning of the home at his own expense. The house needs some repairs so even though the closing is done, he arranged for a roofer, contractor and a/c repairman and he is meeting them at the home to let them in and he keeps in touch with us and with my father who lives nearby. Talk about professional service! We cannot recommend Wes highly enough. We have the utmost confidence in him and you will not find a better broker to guide you through the process.
