On time and resourceful, a consummate professional.When the VA appraisal came in over 3% low, Wes challenged the appraisal and the appraiser raised the appraisal by over 3%. This allowed the sale to go through on schedule. I have never seen a successful challenge before. Watching Wes drive for the right answer and make the closing possible was a great experience.If you need an agent, CALL WES!!*I've submitted this review twice now.
