Wes Parsons

Wes is no ordinary individual, nor is he an ordinary Realtor(R). A cancer and burn survivor, Wes is a fighter not only for the gift of life, but uses his toughness when representing his clients. Clients describe Wes as personable, dedicated and focused with attention to detail. His twenty two years of experience and knowledge, combined with a sincere interest in placing his clients interests foremost, make him an advocate that people want to work with. They feel comfortable referring him with his straightforward manner of doing business. His judgment and integrity are qualities that earn him referral business. His knowledge of property values and awareness of market trends make him a standout among his competition. His genuine interest in people, and a personal approach to business are the keys to his success. Many of Wes's clients become his friends. As a result nearly all of Wes's business is by referral. Wes grew up around the Oklahoma oil business which transferred his family to Jakarta, Indonesia when he was a teen. Wes was awed with the culture, the seafood, and the scuba diving. At the Joint Embassy School he met teenagers from all over the world. A subsequent family move to Singapore, an impeccable city with the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, further opened his eyes to the world. After he graduated from Singapore American School, he went on to get his Associate of Science degree in Petroleum Technology and Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. He was recruited by Zapata, an off-shore drilling company where he spent his time working between company headquarters in Houston and the Gulf of Mexico, working on semi submersible drilling rigs . He then moved to Colorado and owned and operated a popular restaurant for 5 years called the Black Timber Tavern. At the same time, he started purchasing investment properties which ultimately led him to his career as a real estate broker. Wes specializes in central and southeast Denver, encompassing the neighborhoods in and around the core neighborhoods of the city such as, The Denver Country Club, Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Crestmoor, Cheesman Park, Congress Park, Washington Park, Belcaro, Platte Park, Bonnie Brae, Cory Merrill, University Park, University Hills, Southern Hills and Observatory Park. Due to extensive training and experience with corporate relocation, Wes has worked the entire metro area including communities in the foothills. After twenty two years in the business and having been personally involved with income property transactions, Wes has been able to impart his knowledge and wisdom to help his investor clientele to make wise investments. Wes is currently the only broker within The Berkshire Group that also has experience in the commercial side of the business with transactions ranging from commercial leases, to property and land sales and has worked with developers to acquire assemblages. He has done 1031 exchanges both forward and reverse. Father to two sons, Austin and Aidan, Wes enjoys golf, hiking and traveling.
