I would HIGHLY recommend the Sell With Wes team. Wes and Ebbie were incredible to work with on my very unique and challenging situation. I live out of state and was unable to be as involved in this process as I would've liked. From the beginning they jumped in and helped me work through unauthorized occupant issues. They completely managed the entire process of getting the house fixed up and market ready. This was a VERY large endeavor that required working with a design team on overall plan, working with/managing multiple contractors and vendors, and a lot of legwork on everything from picking out appliances to figuring out how to get a new mailbox key. Finally, their staging, videoing, marketing and selling of the house was awesome. And we had the added bonus and having to work through a challenging buyer situation and the need to move to a backup offer - which fortunately for me they had the foresight to suggest we put in place. If I had another house to sell, I would 100% of the time go with Wes and Ebbie. Thank you for all of your hard work! The house is beautiful and I am thrilled with the final outcome!
