This is how I found Wes: Last Spring, I asked a friend who is really good at internet research to do a search for the best realtors in the Glen Allen/Short Pump, VA area. The accountant has already helped us plan how much taxes to set aside from the house proceeds. Ill close with this one last especially important thing that helped me work well with Wes: Wes did not pass me off to other realtors at his firm. He remained my primary realtor/point of contact the entire time. This was particularly important to me because I didnt have time for a lot of cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. I needed to be sure that I could always get to Wes directly, and I always did. Hire Wes, you wont regret it!

I dont even know where to begin this review, because Wes has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of us selling our home! There is not enough space for me to write how awesome Wes Fertig was in the search of our forever home. Again, he made it clear that the decision was ultimately ours, but his wisdom on realty truly helped us think about the bigger picture.
