Wendy is an absolute rock star. This was my second time buying a home, and I was very nervous because the first time was a disaster (delays, problems with escrow, issues with the negotiations, etc.) This time could not have gone better and I attribute that directly to Wendy. Wendy not only helped me find a home I am in absolute love with, she was a pro at helping me negotiate my offer and get it accepted. She held my hand through the escrow process and worked her tail off to get it done not just on time, but almost a week early! I could not have asked for a better real estate agent to help me through such an exciting and nerve wracking experience.
