We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Wendy Mattingly. We are first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Wendy, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one Wendy walked us through every step of the process. We had a couple delays with closing that was completely out of ours and Wendys? hands but she kept us up-to-date and informed the entire process and even prayed for us during the entire process.
