We were looking for a realtor to sell our house and we contacted Wendy ads she was a good friend of my co-worker. The Pawlak team really supported us before and during the sale of our home. If we could give them a rating of 10 out of 5, we would! We contacted them nearly three years before we sold our home after our first realtor did not provide the support we needed. They visited the house and made recommendations on the changes they believed would maximize our sale price, including a fresh coat of paint, updated light fixtures and cabinet hardware, and new carpeting in several rooms. When we asked them for names of contractors for improvements that we wanted to make to the house, they provided the names of several good contractors that we used. They also helped us successfully appeal our real estate taxes, saving about $4000 over two years. They provided all of this service before we signed a contract with them.To ensure that we would get the best price for our home, they encouraged us to put it on the market several months before we originally planned. They also revised their recommendations on the improvements we should make based on the strong real estate market.Since we were moving out of the area, they also recommended a fantastic realtor for us in that area that helped us find our new home.Our home in Lemont was on the market for two days. We received 8 offers from 19 groups of people that toured the house. Three offers were over asking price. Maximus and Mark went out of their way to help us make an out of state purchase. They hurried to a house on a Sunday so that we could take a digital tour. They also offered to help us with some electrical issues on the house. My husband and I are very pleased with their services!
