1. Wendy ensured our home buying experience would go smoothly and it did! Prior to house hunting, she prepared us by asking all the right questions and listened to what we wanted. With her attention to detail, she found us the right house in a short amount of time. Wendy assisted, step by step, to close on our home before expected. She was diligent and took responsibility in gathering abstract information which shouldn't be up to the agent to do so but she did on our behalf.2. All four of my friends, whom I recommended, used Wendy as their agent. All four were extremely happy and one hired her a second time. Wendy understands the market, she's trustworthy, and you know she "has your back" when your interest are at stake. She listens to what a buyer wants and needs in a house. My husband and I are working with Wendy looking for a home to purchase. For our new home we have a certain price range and specifics we're looking for and she's making sure each home we see meets our criteria and doesn't waste our time.
