I was living out of state when I purchased the house, and Wendy helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood. She kept me informed of the houses on the market, and told me about some that sounded interesting from the listing, but that I did not want and told me why. After I found the house that I wanted, she was very good with the negotiations and got me the best price. She helped with the inspection and repairs, and was very responsive to my questions.
