In a recent real estate sale transaction, we were tasked with achieving an optimal balance between selling a property quickly and ensuring the seller did not leave any money on the table. This particular transaction was particularly memorable for its successful outcome and the challenges it presented.
Our first step was to recommend an aggressive pricing strategy. By analyzing the current market conditions and considering the property's unique attributes, we suggested a price that would attract potential buyers while maximizing the seller's return on investment. The goal was to generate interest and create a competitive environment.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Don and Wendi worked together in hotel management over 25 years ago. We met at a the Holiday Inn on 8th and Lyn street in Downtown Cincinnati. After several years of Hotel Management experience, Don first decided to redirect his careers toward real estate. Then Wendi Followed - thinking she could do it better!
Our extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods has become the cornerstone of our journey, fostering our love for our community, the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio regions, and the clients we serve. Further, our passion for Cincinnati sports, such as the Reds and Bengals, have created lasting memories, forming a strong bond as we celebrate victories and support our teams through defeats.
