In September of 2023, I decided to retire and move out of the county. So I began the process of selling my home, myself. In December 2023 I listed it on multiple free sites and I had a few responses and inquires. But I was on a timeline and I had to have my house sold by the end of Feburary I had been talking to several realtors who promised me this and that, but no one stood out until I met Wendi. She showed me exactly what my house was worth and what I needed to get done for the house showings. She gave me contacts for some great contractors. My situation was unique due to the fact that I was also moving out of the county and had to sell 90% of my belongings. Wendi connected me with an auctioner and his sons who will come to you and literally packup everthing you have left over and sell it at an action. After listing we had several offers within a few days and a small bidding war started. Needless to say I got more than my asking price! And we closed 5 days before my flight.
