I found Wende is a quality person and agent. You are Priority 1 with her. Reading reviews of others who live in another state as I do, I chose Wende to help me in search of investment properties. Wende was a great source of information pertaining to what I was looking for. Wende called when a certain property came available as she knew what I was looking for.She knew my budget and provided the best options of financing thats worked best for me. She has good contacts to get needed work done promptly. Unfortunately for me we couldnt make the connection to view the better properties due to the travel with my job. I will keep in touch with Wende & hopefully have a better outcome next time. I cant think of anyone I could recommend whos better than Wende. Wende was a great realtor. This home buying process was the best we have had. She was extremely helpful and worked well with our schedule. Trying to buy a house from several states a way is always challenge and she frequently drive out of her way to check in the build and give us updates.

Wende was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She asked the previous owners questions on my behalf . Wende was very knowledgeable regarding financing. Following the sale, she gave me a list of local utility companies, pool maintenance companies. She made follow up telephone calls to make sure that all of realty needs had been met. It was the best realty experience. I would recommend her without any reservation.
