Wayne was exactly what I hoped for in an agent.Quick to reply, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would let me know that he was looking into it, and was always timely in getting the answer.Excellent communication skills. A certain finesse is needed when dealing with lenders, inspectors, underwriters, sellers /buyers agents, appraisers, sellers and buyers even. Wayne was never rude, or impolite, even when he had cause to be ( believe me, there were times he would have been justified.) I was impressed with his demeanor. Professional, never felt uncomfortable when meeting him at the houses to look around. Always dressed and behaving in a manner I would expect ( and I have high expectations)Good listener, he paid attention to the things I liked or disliked in a home, and set up showing accordingly. And needless to say, I was never disappointed. He was always spot on, I felt kinda silly at the end that I second guessed so much.
