We aren?t people that do reviews but are compelled to do one on Wayne Toteff! We contacted Zillow to schedule a tour on a Sunday and was touring with Wayne later that day. He went beyond our expectations! He got important documents together for us within a day! Wayne went even further and got professional opinions on things we were questioning as well. We got to go through with an independent contractor and he answered all our concerns. Wayne definitely worked for us and made us feel he really wanted to help us get what we wanted. Yet at the same time we never felt pressured. That was so refreshing. We actually felt as if we gained a new friend instead of a realtor. We strongly recommend Wayne to be the realtor to contact to help find the perfect place for them!
