We aren?t people that do reviews but are compelled to do one on Wayne Toteff! We contacted Zillow to schedule a tour on a Sunday and was touring with Wayne later that day. He went beyond our expectations! He got important documents together for us within a day! Wayne went even further and got professional opinions on things we were questioning as well. We got to go through with an independent contractor and he answered all our concerns. Wayne definitely worked for us and made us feel he really wanted to help us get what we wanted. Yet at the same time we never felt pressured. That was so refreshing. We actually felt as if we gained a new friend instead of a realtor. In our particular case, would have been difficult for any Realtor. short explanation: We are from Phoenix, Arizona and flew out to Northern Michigan to look at a particular house that my girlfriend fell in love with and Wayne was recommended by My girlfriends sister from her past dealings with Wayne. I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. I passed on the house that my girlfriend loved after pointing out many flaws in the house. We wandered the internet and found some other prospects and Wayne set up visits for us on these houses. Well we loved the next house and made an offer, unfortunately we came in second. Wayne worked with us on looking at other houses, while the 1st bidder withdrew his offer on the house we both loved. Made offer, was accepted and Wayne worked diligently in getting all of the paperwork completed and smoothing over the process with the title company, and with us 2200 miles away. Glad to say the entire transaction was completed in a reasonable time period and we are moving to Michigan and I recommend Wayne as your representative whether you are buying or selling.
