With Wayne, we not only got proximity, we got some one with years of industry experience. We started renting out our property 7 years ago and the last 2 were with Wayne. We're really saddened looking back we didn't find him earlier. To draw a comparison we had a similar situation where the A/C unit wasn't working in the middle of summer & tenements complaining. Our prior property mgr had us negotiating w/ contractors to fix while fending off tenants complaints of the home being hot understandably. With Wayne it was simply a phone call & him confirming he has power fans to cool the place down for the tenants until his contractors on hand are able to fix. This re-assured us we picked the right person. We even had a payment plan to fix this major repair on our investment w/ out coming out of pocket right away. The transaction to sell our property was even less complicated. The only hick up was on our end with those pesky HOAs taking care of outstanding balances. We had some one in Wayne that was always available even after business ours and able to see out the process from property mgt all the way to closing. He basically held our hands the whole way.
